On Saturday, July 18, the Owen-Withee FFA Alumni hosted their sixth annual Cows, plows & Wine event at Munson Bridge Winery in Withee. The event ran from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. with plenty to eat and drink.

The Winery was careful to point out the posted health and safety guidelines, along with numerous hand-washing stations, and were kept busy with constant cleaning. An open-air venue, the Rohlands made certain to provide socially-distanced seating and single-use glasses.

Who says you can’t have fun and be socially responsible?

Rock-a-Billy Riot provided the event-long music and the annual bucket raffles and silent and live auctions kept the night hopping. Gun and Rifle card raffles were an added attraction.

The Pulled Pork Dinner with Fixin’s, benefitting FFA projects, was its usual hit with the hungry attendees.

It was a good crowd for a challenging time.
