Chippewa Valley Technical College is offering a free, two-hour event to help people thinking about launching their own business. Learn the first steps in starting a business from local experts during the Start a Business: Step One event from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15.
“We know starting their own business is the dream of many of our students as well as area community members,” said Laurie Boettcher, CVTC Entrepreneurship program director. “Offering free events like this supports our mission to foster lifelong learning and continue to partner with our community.”

During the event, learn from local entrepreneurial experts, successful entrepreneurs and resource providers through panel discussions, individual speakers and networking opportunities. The goal is to connect with local resources to get your business started.
