The JV Hawks traveled to Athens to take on the Bluejays to start the season Nov. 23rd. The Blackhawks won 55-15. Full court man pressure helped build an early 14-2 lead.
Offensively we moved the ball well, shooting 51% for the game. The Hawks led 33-4 at the half. In the second half the guys continued to play well. We had only 10 turnovers and got 21 steals for the game. Nine players tallied rebounds as Dominic Sherwood and Quinn Hatlestad had 7 each to lead the team. It was a good start to the season as everyone contributed. Great Job!
