During the last week of school before their Christmas vacation students of Owen-Withee High School delivered holiday cheer to local elderly citizens and shut ins. Operation Fruit Basket as it is lovely called was organized by the FBLA, FFA, NHS, Family and Consumer Sciences, Middle School Student Council and the 5th grade. The baskets filled with fruit, cookies and hand-made holiday cards surely brought smiles and warmth to many during this Christmas season.
