On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, Detective Schreiber with other members of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, along with the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation Special Agents, executed two separate search warrants in Clark County and conducted two separate investigations into internet crimes against children cases.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Division of Criminal Investigation had received two separate tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The first search warrant was executed in rural Spencer, WI and Jeremy Allen Henaman, age 31, was arrested, after searching his residence, for possession of child pornography. The second search warrant was executed in the Village of Dorchester and Ricardo Pena-Cruz, age 24, was arrested, after searching his residence, for possession of child pornography.
Jeremy Henaman was released on a $1,000.00 signature bond and Ricardo Pena-Cruz was given a $10,000 cash bond and is currently in the Clark County Jail.
