Alyssa is a content strategist and writer with Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire.

Her passion for facts, storytelling and photojournalism led her from being a reporter and editor at the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram to public relations and communication with HSHS Sacred Heart and St. Joseph’s hospitals. There, she wrote and managed magazines, social media, newsletters, and she worked with the media. Alyssa graduated with degrees in journalism and psychology from UW-Eau Claire in 2000.

She lives in Chippewa Falls with her husband, daughter and furry kids.
