Jedediah (Jed) Cordwell is a contributing photographer for the Sentinel & Rural News and owns his own photography studio in downtown Owen, Wisconsin. Jed hails from West Virginia and was raised in New Jersey (giving him a unique perspective on the world) and moved to Wisconsin in 1999, just south of Withee.
Jed was always interested in photography and began his professional pursuit of it in 2017. When not taking photos for the Sentinel & Rural News, Jed is an in-demand portrait photographer as well as weddings, graduations, and more. His photos of sporting, community, and music events makes Jed an invaluable part of the Sentinel team.
In other pursuits, Jed is a multi-instrumentalist in a Bluegrass, County, and Western Swing band. That is the influence on the name of his photography business...J-Chord.
Jed's studio, J-Chord Photography, is located in downtown Owen. Appointments may be made by calling 715-316-1465 or email Jed at jed@jchordphotography.com.
